However, once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order as a pre-dispatch cancellation.

Where an order has already been dispatched, the order cannot be treated as a pre-dispatch cancellation. Where applicable, customers may exercise their statutory cancellation or return rights in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or affects any statutory rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
